USED/ RECONDITIONED GEARBOXES
Rev Tech possesses the knowledge and resources to restore gearboxes to OEM specifications. The first step is to disassemble the gearbox and inspect it. We will try and detect why the gearbox has failed or if there are any signs of abnormal wear in routine service situations. The diagnoses will be noted along with a repair estimate and made known to the customer in either verbal or written reports. Next, each piece of the gearbox is measured and compared to new equipment tolerances. Bearing fits are checked against bearing manufacturer's tolerances and pin measurements are taken on gear teeth. If any component cannot be repaired it will be substitued with replacement parts. Below you will find a list of used and reconditioned gearboxes that are currently for sale.
